A chocolate fountain on opening night of the conference, “Designed to Impact 2017” was a perfect start of the 10th anniversary celebration. The conference took place on March 16-18, in Sacramento, California.

This year, the title of the conference was not simply a slogan for this 3-day event, but rather a mission of the entire ladies ministry of Melchizedek Church.

It is not a secret that such a delicate creation - a lady, a mom and a wife - has great influence on those surrounding her.

Just as many other events in the church, the goal of the conference is to encourage and uplift every lady so she can return home full of life, strength and the fire of God.

Pastor Olga Muzichuk, host and main speaker of the conference, shared the secrets of influence with those in attendance, saying, “The ability to impact the lives of others is a part of our Creator’s DNA. When God created us, He gave us His potential and ability to influence others. No matter how we express ourselves, we still make a difference in our surrounding.”

The lineup of powerful speakers included Olga Ledjaeva (Riga, Latvia), Marcela Page (San Diego, CA), and Christa Proctor (Sacramento, CA). Olga Mahmudova and Nina Sharapova also shared their knowledge and insight, with a good dose of humor and practicality.

The seminars were very interesting and quite useful, full of visuals, testimonies and examples from personal experiences.

Every lady has her own zone of genius, and the greatest impact happens when she is operating within that zone.

It was not only through knowledge and abundance of experience that the speakers were able to bless the ladies in the audience. The speakers also shared their failures and challenges that they faced, as well as the testimonies of overcoming these times of hardships.

Olga Ledjaeva was quick to point out the honest truth, “one cannot be a minister without exposing his wounds.” Likewise, many ladies shared their testimonies, how God called them into ministry and what challenges and obstacles they had to overcome.

Wives of pastors and other ministers encouraged one another in prayer, fellowship and through testimonies over a special lunch. This banquet is one of the new traditions that recently became a big part of the annual conference. Throughout this time women and ministers unite and together make plans for the future partnerships.

It was a great pleasure to welcome guests who came from various states and brought their friends and their teams of ministers, as well as those who attend the conference every year.

Throughout these three days, new connections and friendships with ministers from different parts of the US were born. These friendships added so much festivity to the birthday celebration.

Now let’s take some time and tell you more about the program itself. Every year, there are core values of the conference that the team tries to maintain.

At the conclusion of every service, there is a time of personal ministry, which offers an opportunity for every lady to receive prayer and speak with a minister.

There is also a special program prepared exclusively for kids and young adults

with variety of seminars, talk-shows, and entertainment for the young ones.

For ladies we prepare an appetizer break and a special ‘Heart-to-Heart’ program.

One of the greatest elements of this time is the Award Ceremony.

For a number of years now, pastor Olga Muzichuk acknowledges ladies who stood out in their action of faith, dedication in ministry or achievement worthy of praise.

It was such a remarkable moment - as if God himself noticed and publicly acknowledged that which was done in private.

Before the event took place, pastor’s team and many other people joined together and prayed over every aspect of the conference, as well as preparing their own hearts. Each one was waiting and expecting the Holy Ghost to move.

At the conference, the strong and powerful presence of God could not go unnoticed.

None of the ministers could ever know the thoughts and mysteries of the hearts of those in attendance, but God came and brought true change. The numerous testimonies of ladies confirm that God was touching their hearts and transforming their lives.

One of the speakers made a good point saying, “Before we can impact the lives of others, the word of God must impact us.”

The three days of ‘Designed to Impact’ conference were not just a celebration of the past 10 years, but rather a foundation for future events and growth.

We continue to move forward and are already making plans for future events. We believe that together we can make a difference by impacting our families and influencing our surroundings, and bringing change to our communities. Designed to Impact is not a closed chapter and another past event. It is the rhema word that lives in the heart of every lady and this revelation has already made an impact.
