Admin, We often get used to so many good things in our life that we do not value them until we lose them. While we use all these good things it does not even cross our mind to thank the Creator for the little things that make up our life. We do not notice them because we have gotten used to them and understand them to be a part of normality; that it has to be this way, always was this way, and always will be this way. I think that this is the reason and foundation as to why the holiday Thanksgiving exists in the first place. It is the time to stop what we are doing to look around ourselves and the year that has passed to acknowledge how much God has gifted us with! If our Father did not bless us with so many things, events, successes, and acquisitions then our lives would be so much harder and worse. This thought was stretched out as a red thread throughout the service at Melchizedek Church on November 18, where the topic was Thanksgiving. Every single time they manage to come up with something new! It has been a long since I've seen the worship team be so in sync, the singers and musicians together, in praising God together in song and dance. Also, the congregation was keeping up with Anzhelika, the soul behind this praise and worship dance, who was standing on stage and showing everyone the simple movements. The congregation, from the first row to the last, and the worship team were united in praising and worship God the Father. Coming from my point of view everything was great and touching but the Him who is above it must have been such a beautiful scene! It is not about the dance but our hearts that were full of happiness and thanksgiving. He does look only at the heart. We all have something to thank God for, whether it is small or big! The live support for this statement is the parade of thankful people. One after another they would run out and thank our God for many things, from the small to the big; for the salvation of souls, for this alive church, for food, the unheard of abundance, for clothing, shoes, etc. - things we could never even dream of before - other things people were grateful for was eternal life, joy, and freedom. The kid's choir finished this parade with their first performance. When they came out on stage and began to sing their two songs in my mind all I had was the following lyrics from a song: "This song of heaven that the angels sing." Well done, well done, it was all very well done. And Oksana, who worked with these kids did a good job, deserves a thank you for her hard work. This year was announced at the year of the Holy Spirit in our church, those who have not heard the Rhema word for this year can find in on our site, and on the last 24/7 Prayer (which occurs every three months) the Lord showed our pastor Olga a vision of four angels came into our building and stood at the four corners of our church. But before they took their places, they placed a flag at the center of the building. A big group of our teens and youth, under the leadership of Valya and the very same Anzhelika, demonstrated the motive of this prophecy by transitioning into the salvation of those of different nationality in our church. This all is the fulfillment of a different prophecy that was given to our pastor Victor 11 years ago about this church moving into and becoming an international church.
