A while back, my wife and I walked away from God. I sincerely repented and returned, praying for my spouse to come back as well. But she took a great interest in different philosophies, feminism, independent liberties and filed for a divorce. I prayed, fasted, stood in faith with the church, but it was all in vain. Even after I remarried, I hear accusations and criticism from Christians for adultery. Does my marriage have a right to exist or are we living in sin?
Pastor’s Answer:
The Bible clearly states that either by death or infidelity of one of the spouses, we have a right to a second marriage. In my opinion, concerning your letter, you are right. Live happily!
