 Beautiful spring has come so swiftly, and Easter along with it, unusually early this year. But regardless when we celebrate it, it is always a great joy and celebration, because it is a significant event in Christianity.

God gave us such a miracle - the gift of Salvation though the blood of Jesus. We all want a new beginning in life, and thanks to Jesus, we have been redeemed and our life can been completely transformed. This is the miracle of his Resurrection!

Together with all humanity, Melchizedek Church celebrated the resurrection of Jesus. Here is a brief overview, in case you missed it. We had two services - communion on Friday, to commemorate the Passover, and the celebration of the Lord’s Resurrection on Sunday.

The presence of God was so strong on Friday evening, the worship team simply could not stop praising Him, and the audience seemed eager to remain. An original poem by Zhanna Korzhuk, amazed everyone. As she said herself, she did not make up the words, they were inspired by the Holy Spirit. After the communion and prayer, God the good Father bestowed his children with a gift - a prophetic word, released through pastor Olga Muzichuk. God said that He has not forgotten the words He has spoken about the church and He was bringing them to pass. And it is who He is - He always keeps His word, doesn’t lie or decieve, and never forgets - He is a faithful and good God.

What can we say about Sunday? Of course, as in million other churches on the entire planet, we had a beautiful and festive celebratory service. The children, adults, and the pastoral family congatulated the church of Jesus with their talents.

The worship team also had a suprise for the congregation, performing the Revelation song in six different languages. And this is not a coincidence, but symbolizes the fact that Melchizedek church is an international church where people of many nations and cultures can come and make it their home. The song was sung in the various languages that are already a part of the church, but of course not all of them.

Overall, the celebration brought encouragement and renewal, which is the main purpose of this day. The grand finale was the sermon of Pastor Victor about the first words of Jesus after His resurrection. Rejoice! Do not fear! Go and spread the Word! Because the church is not meant to stay within its walls to rejoice and celebrate - Melchizedek Church exists so the Kingdom of God would grow and expand!
